Our Team

Pam attended the University of Central Oklahoma and has 35 years of nonprofit experience. She joined the team at Hough Ear Institute in March 2022 and has catapulted its fundraising department to new heights. Pam is a critical part of keeping HEI’s research funded and moving forward. Her main responsibilities include providing oversight for the financial and resource development of HEI, ensuring delivery of the mission and vision established by the Board of Directors, planning and executing HEI’s fundraising strategies, and supporting marketing, public relations, and donor engagement.
