Hough Ear Institute’s Young Professionals Board (YPB) brings together emerging leaders who are passionate about making a difference in their community and helping advance HEI’s mission to restore hearing worldwide through research, teaching, and humanitarian efforts.

‍Made up of enthusiastic young professionals under the age of 40, the YPB helps introduce new people to HEI’s work through advocacy, fundraising, volunteer involvement, and community engagement. Members serve as ambassadors for the Institute, building awareness of hearing health and the work being done through hearing research, education, HoughAid, Tinnitus Together, and humanitarian initiatives around the world.

Through their time, talents, connections, and creativity, YPB members help strengthen HEI’s presence in the community, develop new opportunities for support, and invest in the future of our mission and vision: That all who have ears will hear.
