Our Team

Ashley began working at Hough Ear Institute in 2015 as Dr. Kopke’s Executive Assistant. During that time she assisted with numerous state and federal research grant submissions, patent filings, and presentations for an assortment of prestigious groups. In 2021, she transitioned to the fundraising side of HEI as the Development Coordinator. Her responsibilities include, assisting the Director of Development with executing HEI’s fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and designing all marketing pieces for HEI. She loves her new role and looks forward to doing all she can to fund the incredible research happening at HEI.
